Whether you are an experienced craftsperson or not, this rewarding experience will be tailored to suit you.

Learn how to handshape a surfboard, creating a beautiful and functional product which you’ll have a deeper connection with in the water.

From performance shortboards and grovellers, to longboards and gliders - any size and shape is possible.

The experience takes place at a workshop just north of Winchester, and takes approximately 4-6 hours depending on the size and complexity. Once the board is shaped, it will be finished professionally to your design preference and sent via courier or alternatively can be collected.

If required, self contained accomodation is available at a quiet and rural farm setting, for an additional cost.

The session will cover the following:

• Design and theory

• Specific shaping tools and safety

• Shaping techniques

• Thickness, width and foil

• Outline, rails and contours

• Fin options and placement

• Finishing
